TOM SCHIFF | CEO, OWNER

Tom was attending the University of Florida when an opportunity to work on the New York Mercantile Exchange brought him to New York in 1980. His intuitive nature and ability to understand market dynamics provided many opportunities during a 28-year career as a floor broker. He was a proud member and equity holder of the NYMEX when the exchange went public in 2008. After great success, Tom left the trading world to explore other opportunities in business and real estate.

An avid golfer since he was 10 years old, Tom has belonged to several country clubs, which has given him a unique perspective on the needs of the urban golfer.
